How does preorder work?

When you order an item that's labeled "preorder item", the item in your size will be reserved for you. Production times take 4-6 weeks and we will keep you updated on the process via our e-mail newsletter - make sure you sign up. 

Why does production take so long?

We are working with a circular manufacturing system in Portugal. That means instead of over-producing and leaving unsold items to collect dust on the shelf, we want to have as little waste as possible in this process by allowing you to preorder your item. After the preorder phase is terminated, we will produce what was sold - and this takes time. 

With your help we can rewrite the rules of fashion manufacturing with production-on-demand. By gifting us your patience you will help us take this lean manufacturing approach to promote sustainability, accessibility, and welfare on a global scale.

What does delivery cost?

Shipping in Germany is free of charge. International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

How long does delivery take?

national (Germany)

Delivery times can take 2-4 days but this depends solely on the carrier. We only work with DHL and all of our packages are insured. Use the tracking information provided by us to keep track of your package.

international (everywhere else)

Please allow shipping times of 2-3 weeks. All of our packages are insured. Use the tracking information provided by us to keep track of your package.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order, please contact us at info@mpclo.de or via our contact form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

What about refunds, returns, and exchanges?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mpclo.de with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
