Shipping in Germany is free of charge. International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Delivery times can take 2-4 days in Germany and up to 2-3 weeks internationally. This depends solely on the carrier. We only work with DHL and all of our packages are insured. Use the tracking information provided by us to keep track of your package. More shipping details will be provided at checkout!

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
